A gift certificate to an organic food store in a basket with some samples of food and snacks for baby, and wine and cheese for mom and dad would provide the healthiest, freshest, and not to mention tastiest food. A gift card to an organic clothing store in a basket with an organic blanket, towels and toys would mean baby could sleep on organic linen, and wear clothes that avoid the use of chemicals and synthetic fabrics that often cause skin and respiratory irritation.
